Scott is a founder and the owner of E3 Compliance. He leads the organization and runs the business on a daily basis. Scott is an iNARTE certified EMC engineer and master EMC designer with over 30 years of experience in electronics product development. He has spent time in roles leading global organizations and providing technical leadership in EMC design, simulation, testing and diagnostics. He is a senior member of the IEEE and EMC Society and most recently served as a co-chair of the technical program for the IEEE EMC & SIPI Symposium. Scott has published and presented works with the IEEE, ASEE organizations along with articles in trade journals such as the INCompliance magazine.

Krzysztof Russa

Principal Hardware Engineer

Krzysztof focuses in high speed design and circuit analysis with 30+ years of professional experience in electrical engineering. He has developed and implemented a number of specific processes for analysis/simulation and measurement based design verification, and has received several 1st Place Mentor PCB Automotive Technology Leadership awards.

Eric Hoekstra

Principal Hardware Engineer

Eric is an Electrical Design Engineer with more than 35 years of experience in analog, power, and mixed signal electronics in the aerospace, automotive and consumer electronics industries. His experience in design through production of electronic products has honed creative problem solving and circuit analysis skills now used to analyze circuit design and layout issues as he recommends up-front customer design adjustments to minimize risk and maximize first pass EMC results.

Jason Moser

Sr. Program and Operations Manager

Jason brings 30+ years of experience in the automotive industry to E3 Compliance. He has vast experience in all phases of product development from innovation and quoting through production, while working with customers and suppliers both nationally and internationally. He also brings 5+ yrs of Program Management experience to E3 with focus on timely execution, issue management, and customer satisfaction.

Lead EMC Engineer

Nick is an electrical engineer specializing in EMC design and diagnostic testing. He graduated from Grand Valley State University with a BSE in Electrical Engineering. He is also continuing his education by pursuing a MSE in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Grand Valley State University.

Natalia Mee

Executive Assistant

Natalia is responsible for HR, Finance, Tax, Payroll, Purchasing and Invoicing at E3. She brings years of administrative experience from prior roles and coordinates the back office to ensure smooth operation of the business.

Mathew Yerian-French

Senior EMC Engineer
iNARTE Certified EMC Engineer

Mathew Yerian-French is an iNARTE Certified EMC Engineer specializing in EMC diagnostics, pre-compliance testing, and design reviews for military, industrial, automotive, and commercial electronics. He holds a BSE in Electrical Engineering from Grand Valley State University and has hands-on experience in PCB-level troubleshooting and rework, RF/electrical instrumentation, laboratory hardware development, and test procedure development. As a Senior EMC Engineer, he also mentors junior engineering staff and works directly with clients to identify EMC risks and develop practical design solutions.

Calen Conover

EMC Engineer

Calen focuses on EMC testing and diagnostics as well as EMC simulation. He also manages equipment maintenance and calibration at E3.  He is dedicated to deepening his expertise in EMC analysis, troubleshooting, and designing for EMC. He graduated from Arizona State University with a BSE in Electrical Engineering.

Jonathan Thompson

EMC & SIPI Engineer
Business Development

Jonathan is an EMC & SIPI Engineer who graduated with a BSE in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Business from Grand Valley State University. His primary engineering focus is on EMC testing and diagnostics, along with continuing development in high-speed design and circuit analysis. In addition to his technical responsibilities, Jonathan contributes to business development efforts to support organizational growth.
